Loved the gorgeous views from the balcony😍! The location was perfect—so close to the train station and hiking trails. But, the washing machine situation was a bit frustrating. Hope they add more soon!

The generous space in the apartment and the breathtaking mountain views made our stay truly memorable.

Despite having daily cleaning included, our apartment was never attended to during our stay, which was quite disappointing.

The views were stunning, but the shower kept running out of hot water.

Why I’m torn on this

The staff was extremely kind, helping ensure a memorable stay! The location was ideal, just 5 minutes from the train station, making everything accessible and easy.

Sadly, the bathroom drainage issues were bothersome. Also, I found the room a bit outdated, which detracted from the overall experience.

Unfortunately, our experience was marred by several disappointments. The shower consistently ran out of hot water, which was incredibly frustrating. Furthermore, the furnishings in our Three-Bedroom Apartment felt outdated, and the overall ambiance was not what I expected from a place in Switzerland. Lastly, check-in was quite confusing, and several staff members were unable to provide clear answers to our questions, leaving us feeling unsupported during our stay.

I stayed with friends for 5 nights, and we loved exploring the blooming alpine meadows and snow-capped peaks. The access to a nearby sports complex was a huge plus, with options for swimming and ice skating. We also enjoyed authentic country estate vibes and unique events like live music nights. The staff was friendly and always ready to assist.

One downside was the slight confusion with the lift and floor layout, which took us a bit to figure out.

Staying at Eiger Guest House, Grindelwald was fantastic! Our room was equipped with a full kitchen, which made it easy for us to prepare breakfast. The location is great, only a 7-minute walk from the main train station, surrounded by plenty of restaurants and shops. Plus, the mountain views from our balcony were breathtaking!

The entrance was a bit hard to find.

The studio room we stayed in was surprisingly spacious, which was a relief. The mountain views were absolutely stunning! Having access to the in-house laundry was super handy. But I do wish they had a bit more décor—felt a little bare in there. Overall, a nice place to relax after a day of hiking!

Wi-fi was fast. room was a bit cramped for our needs.

A Family Friendly Stay with Stunning Views

We enjoyed three nights in a cozy ground-floor apartment, complete with a well-equipped kitchen. The location made it easy to explore nearby shops, and the mountain views from our balcony were truly breathtaking. Families should definitely take advantage of the proximity to trails and kid-friendly restaurants nearby!
